Number one priority for new folks to join us is baseline chemistry and diversity. No matter your position, you have to bring something new to the table. We seek people from different backgrounds with different interests and hobbies. Why? How are we supposed to get new ideas if we all think and act exactly the same. Boring. That’s why instead of bulky application meetings we’ll have a digital meal together and talk about more than just the job. We are really looking for people that fit and that doesn’t necessarily mean 1:1 the implied job description.

Oh and: It's hard to build meaningful relationships with job-hoppers, so we’re looking for long-term commitments, so there will always be a certain ease-in period where we figure out together if we’re both happy.
