Collaboration in Fugoya

Our next big lighthouse is bringing collaboration to Fugoya. Behind-the-scenes groundwork has already been done and we're in the process of make sure interfaces work both for single-user and multi-user workspaces.

Studios or smaller agencies will be able to traditionally use Fugoya as team software, with a flexible permission system and a shared workspace. 2-person studios can both have full access, but 10-person agencies can have a more granular permission system where employees can work with tasks and supply their time tracking data, but invoicing and client management is reserved for executives.

Singular freelancers with a paid subscription will be able to invite collaborators for the duration of a single project for free! This way eg. if you're a designer you can invite a developer to a project and they can track their time and you can invoice the client together.

Is Fugoya only for single users?

Collaboration between freelancers and Fugoya for Teams is on the way! If you are interested in early access, please fill out the form on the Downloads page.

Where is the web version?

We wholeheartedly believe that exceptional work requires a dedicated desktop application. Moreover, for certain features, such as automated time tracking, a desktop app is essential. Therefore, for the time being, we will concentrate our efforts on our desktop client.

Is there a beta branch?

We have a beta branch that is exclusively reserved for our Senseis, a group of individuals who invest their time in our community.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet, but a complementary companion app to manage tasks, proposals, invoices and time tracking off your computer is on our roadmap.
