When writing proposals or invoices to larger companies, there's often a requirement to reference a person of contact (also called counterpart, POC, person in charge, reference person) on the document.

It's a common international practice to reference said person in the document's address block and in that regard Fugoya is no different. Depending on your local norms, we recommend using the first line to denominate your person of contact preceded by the word "Attn:", like so:

Since Fugoya allows document-level overrides we recommend to leave out persons of contact in the client overlay (permanent changes to the client) and then overwriting the address block in the client card on the document (document-level override) to ensure only this document gets the "Attn"-treatment.
