As the flavor text within the app already suggests, you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the correct license to use uploaded fonts in your documents.
Typically, a simple Desktop license will suffice since you will generate PDFs on your desktop, and in that regard, Fugoya functions like any other graphics application.
What is a font licence?
A font license gives you the right to use a font in certain specified ways. You do not own the font itself. The type foundry, the creators of the font, specifies the terms and conditions of use, and once you finalize the purchase of the license, it becomes a legally binding contract between you and the foundry.
In almost all cases of desktop fonts, the licensing fee is a one-off cost with no recurring fees for ongoing font usage, as per the terms of the license you purchase. Typically, these fonts can be used worldwide, and all licenses have no expiration date. However, be sure to double-check your type foundry's license agreement.
